How it works:
- Log into online banking and select, “Transfers” and then, “ International Transfers” portal..
- Compete your one-time registration. Remember to have your government issued photo i.d. for us to verify.
- Add your recipient’s information so we know where to send money to.
- Review and confirm your international transfer.
- Execute transaction.
- Easy as that!

You will need:
• A chequing or savings account
• Access to your online banking
• Government issued photo i.d. (e.g. a drivers’ license or passport) ready to upload
• The recipient's contact information and bank account details
As part of the registration process, you will need to provide basic personal information, answer a few questions regarding transfer behaviour and select the countries in which you are planning to send money as well as the information on the recipient you wish to send funds. You will also need to upload your government issued photo ID for identity verification. Be sure to have your ID available and accessible for upload.
Be sure to select all the countries you are planning to send money to as part of your registration process. If you need to add other countries following your initial registration – the process is easy! Simply call International Transfers Support (604-256-6200) between 10am-10pm AST.
Through your online banking:
1. Sign into your online banking
2. Select "Transfers" and then "International Transfers"
3. Follow the instructions.
